I Want You to Love Your Art Quilt!
At “sewingforthelove – Art Quilts by Wendy”, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and that’s okay! I’ve made my return process as simple as I can to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Returning an Item
If you need to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [info@sewingforthelove.com]. I’ll be happy to help you initiate a return and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Here’s what I ask:
That you DO NOT send your item back without first getting in contact with me (see above) and receiving a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please pack the item securely for its return journey.
- The return shipment needs to be trackable, so please provide me with a tracking number after you’ve shipped it back.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
- Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalised art quilts, downloadable digital products, services provided, gift cards, or items that have been used, washed, damaged, or have missing tags or packaging.
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- For international returns, any customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.
- Once I receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets my return criteria, I will send you an email to tell you that it has been received and meets my return criteria. I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
I Do not Currently Offer Exchanges
While I don’t offer exchanges at this time, I am always happy to help you find the perfect art quilt if you’d like to choose a different one.
Gifts
If an item has been given as a gift. I can only offer a refund to the gift giver (purchaser) as long as it meets all of the criteria above.
