Quilted Ethnic Art “AFRICAN LADY WITH CHILD”

This fabric quilted ethnic art is approximately 20″ (51 cm) wide with a 23.75″ (60.5 cm) drop.

For the main body of the quilt, I have stitched together shades of Yellow, Red, Black and Orange cotton fabric depicting the main characters. With different coloured cotton fabric shapes around the perimeter. The whole has been quilted onto batting fabric with a cotton fabric backing.

I have sewn pockets to the back in order to fit a lightweight rod for hanging or alternatively it can be framed before hanging.
